What acupuncture can do for you:

Pain, fatigue, stress, and anxiety shrink your world — pulling you away from the people and moments you love most.

Healing gives that back. The heaviness lifts, the fog clears, and before long you're not just getting through your days — you're enjoying them again.

With many years of experience helping people through these conditions, I've seen firsthand what's possible when the right care gets dialled into a patient.

A specific condition I often treat is Tech Neck. If you spend long hours on a laptop or phone, you may recognize it — neck pain, tension, and fatigue that builds so gradually it starts to feel normal. It doesn't have to be. I've developed a protocol specifically for it, tailored to each person I work with.

If you're ready to make positive change in your body and in your life, I'd love to help. Book an initial visit today.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Many insurance companies cover acupuncture, but coverage varies by plan so we recommend checking with your provider. Payment is due in full at the time of each treatment. If you have coverage, we'll email you an itemized invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement — it's a quick and easy process.

  • Acupuncture can be a wonderful support during pregnancy for issues like nausea, fatigue, back pain, and stress. However, certain acupuncture points are avoided during pregnancy. Always inform your practitioner if you are pregnant or trying to conceive so that your treatment can be tailored safely and appropriately.

  • Acupuncture needles are extremely fine — much thinner than a typical needle — so insertion is generally painless. Once in place, you may notice a mild sensation of heaviness, warmth, or gentle tingling, known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as "obtaining qi," which is a sign the treatment is working. Most patients find acupuncture deeply relaxing and leave feeling both calm and energized.

“Matt took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, asking thoughtful questions about my health history and current issues. It was clear that he was not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in my well-being. The acupuncture itself was surprisingly relaxing. I had some initial apprehension about the needles, but Matt was gentle and precise, making the experience virtually painless. I felt a sense of deep relaxation during the treatment, and afterward.”

“I had shingles and the pain was unbearable and I literally couldn't sleep. I'd tried everything else - prescriptions, pain relievers, etc., and it was acupuncture that worked and made a HUGE difference in relieving the pain and also in allowing me to finally sleep - after one visit! Matthew's approach to acupuncture was really comfortable but also professional - perfect balance. I'll go back for general stress reduction!”
